"I'm writing this review as a frustrated user of the IT service, and I'm utterly disappointed with the level of support I've received. I wish I could give them zero stars because that's about how much help they've been. Unresponsive Help Desk 🚫 Trying to get assistance from the help desk has been like sending messages into a black hole. My requests seem to disappear, and I'm left waiting indefinitely for a response. It's as if they have no concept of urgency or customer satisfaction."
